- Duplicate of a lead you got in the last 24 hours
- Homeowner unreachable: no answer to the connection call, a retry and our follow-up text
Not refunded
- The homeowner chose another pro or didn’t hire you after talking
- Price shopping or a quote you didn’t win
Tap “Dispute this lead” in your dashboard within 72 hours. We decide within 1 business day. Unreachable homeowners, duplicates and disconnected numbers are refunded automatically, no dispute needed.

Questions from pros
Are leads shared with other pros?
The alert goes to every vetted pro covering that ZIP code, but only the first to claim gets the job and the homeowner’s details. Everyone else sees “Already claimed.”
What if I claim and can’t reach the homeowner?
We connect you live the moment you claim. If the homeowner doesn’t answer the connection call, a retry or our follow-up text, the lead is refunded automatically.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. You pay only for leads you claim, from credits you buy upfront.
Can I choose my hours and ZIP codes?
Yes. Set your service ZIP codes, trades and hours in Settings, and switch alerts off anytime from your dashboard.
