Who we are

24x7 Home Pros is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local service providers (“pros”) for urgent home repairs. We don’t perform repairs ourselves.

What we collect

When you call: your phone number, a recording of the call, and what you tell us about the problem, including your address, ZIP code and how urgent it is.

When you send the form: your mobile number, your ZIP code and the kind of problem.

With every request: a record of the permission you gave to be called or texted, including the exact wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address, your browser and the page you were on.

If you arrive from an ad: the campaign details in the link (such as utm_source), so we know which ads work.

When you send a message from Help & feedback: your name, the email or mobile number you give us, your message and our replies. If you ask for text updates, we keep a record of that permission as above.

How we use it

To find a pro: we send a short description of the job, the ZIP code and the area to vetted pros who cover it. Your name, phone number and address are not included in that alert.

To connect you: the first pro to accept the job gets your contact details and is connected with you by phone. Only that pro receives them.

If no local pro is available, we may pass your request to a partner company that serves your area.

To keep you informed: we may call or text you about your request. We also use call recordings to check quality and settle disputes about a job.

To answer you: messages to Help & feedback are read by our team. If it’s about a pro, we may raise it with that pro. Anyone with your request’s private link can read it, so keep the link to yourself.

Calls and texts

Calls may be recorded for quality. You’ll hear a notice before we record.

You don’t have to agree to calls or texts to get help: you can always call us.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.

We never sell or share your mobile number or your permission to text you with anyone for their marketing. Your number goes only to the pro who takes your request, or to a partner company if no local pro is free, so they can reach you about it.

Who else sees it

The pro who accepts your job, and a partner company if one takes your request.

Companies that run parts of the service for us, such as phone and text messaging, hosting and our database. They may use your information only to provide that service.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Phone numbers and other personal details are encrypted before we store them, and only our systems can read them.

Pros never see your contact details before they accept your job.

Your choices

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

24x7 Home Pros is for adults arranging repairs to their home. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. The consent you gave with a request is stored with the version of the wording you saw.
